From Tilicho Lake, head south towards the main trail leading to Jomsom. The journey to Jomsom takes approximately 6-8 hours depending on road conditions. Once you reach Jomsom, continue driving towards Tukuche, a small village where Marche is located. The distance from Jomsom to Tukuche is about 12 kilometers. There are no direct roads, but local drivers are familiar with the route. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, which typically costs around NPR 2000-3000.

From Tilicho Lake, you will first need to return to Jomsom. This can be done by trekking back to the nearest road access or hiring a local guide.
