  If you are traveling by car from any location in Upper Mustang, you will need to drive to Jomsom first. Once in Jomsom, head south on the Jomsom-Kathmandu road for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the town of Kagbeni. From Kagbeni, continue your journey eastward for about 10 kilometers to reach the village of Muktinath. After this, follow signs toward Jomsom and head towards the Kali Gandaki Valley.
