If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Achterhoek. Head northeast on the N318 towards Doetinchem. Continue on the N318 until you reach the A18 motorway. Merge onto the A18 and follow the signs for Arnhem. After about 30 kilometers, take exit 28 toward A12/E35 toward Utrecht. Merge onto the A12 and continue for approximately 50 kilometers until you reach the A1. Take the exit toward Amsterdam and merge onto the A1. Follow signs for Amsterdam for about 20 kilometers. Once you reach the city, take the exit toward Centrum. Continue on the S100 and follow signs for Herengracht. The house is located at Herengracht 566, 1017 CH Amsterdam. Please note that parking in Amsterdam may incur costs, and it's advisable to use parking garages nearby.

To reach the house using public transportation, start by taking a train from Achterhoek to Amsterdam. You can take a train from Doetinchem station to Amsterdam Central Station. The journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and walk to the bus stop outside. Take bus line 48 toward Amsterdam Centraal, which will take you to the nearest stop, 'Herengracht.' From there, it's a short walk to Herengracht 566. Be sure to check the current train schedules and possible transfers, as they may vary.
