Continue on the A12 until you see signs for Amsterdam, merging onto the A1. Follow the A1 into the city. Once you enter Amsterdam, follow the signs for Centrum to reach Prinsengracht. Note that parking in Amsterdam can be limited and expensive, so consider using a parking garage or P+R facility outside the city center.
