From Amersfoort Central Station, take the train to Amsterdam Central Station. The train ride takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and follow the signs for the ferry to Amsterdam Noord. Board the free IJ Ferry, which runs frequently and takes about 5-10 minutes to cross the IJ River. After disembarking from the ferry, walk straight ahead towards Overhoeksplein. A'DAM Lookout will be on your left at Overhoeksplein 5.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike in Amersfoort. Start your journey by cycling towards Amsterdam, following the designated bike paths. The trip is about 35 kilometers and will take roughly 1.5 hours. Upon reaching Amsterdam, follow the signs directing you to the IJ River and the ferry terminal to Amsterdam Noord. Once there, you can catch the free IJ Ferry to Overhoeksplein. After the ferry ride, it’s a short walk to A'DAM Lookout located at Overhoeksplein 5.
