Train
From Amersfoort Central Station, take a train towards Amsterdam Central Station. Trains run frequently, approximately every 15-30 minutes. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the tram stop.
Tram
At the tram stop outside Amsterdam Central Station, board tram number 1, 2, or 5 in the direction of the 'Museumplein' or 'Leidseplein'. You will need to ride for about 4 stops to 'Spui'.
Walk
Once you get off at 'Spui', exit the tram and head towards the 'Singel' street. Walk along 'Singel' for about 10 minutes. The Amsterdam University Library will be on your left at 'Singel 425'.
