Bus
From Amersfoort Central Station, take bus line 102 towards Arnhem. The bus departs regularly and the journey takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Get off at the 'Kemperbergerweg' stop. From the bus stop, walk 5 minutes northeast along Kemperbergerweg, and you will arrive at the Arnhems Oorlogsmuseum 40-45.
Train and Bus
Take a train from Amersfoort Central Station to Arnhem Central Station. The train journey takes about 30 minutes. Once at Arnhem Central Station, exit the station and take bus line 2 towards 'Presikhaaf'. Get off at the 'Kemperbergerweg' stop. The museum is a 5-minute walk northeast from the bus stop.
Bicycle
If you are comfortable cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Amersfoort. Head towards the 'Paleisweg' from the city center, then follow the signs towards Arnhem. The distance is approximately 20 kilometers and takes about an hour. Follow the route that goes along the scenic roads and pathways until you reach Kemperbergerweg in Arnhem, where the museum is located.
Walking
Walking from Amersfoort to Arnhem is quite a long journey (approximately 20 kilometers) and not recommended unless you are prepared for a significant hike. If you're up for it, start from the center of Amersfoort and head towards the east along the 'Arnhemseweg' which leads directly to Arnhem. Once in Arnhem, follow the signs to Kemperbergerweg, where the museum is located. This route could take 4-5 hours.
