    Walking

    From the center of Amersfoort, start at the 'Lieve Vrouwentoren' (the tower). Walk southeast on 'Lange Jan' towards 'Molenstraat'. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 'Breestraat'. Turn left onto 'Breestraat' and walk straight until you reach the main square, 'Hof'. From 'Hof', head towards the 'Krommestraat' which leads you directly to 'Markt'. Once you reach 'Markt', you will find 'De Goudse Waag' at Markt 35.

    Take bus line 3 from 'Amersfoort Centraal' station towards 'Gouda'. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Gouda Markt' stop. From there, walk straight towards the main square where you will see 'De Goudse Waag' at Markt 35. This is a straightforward route as the waag is located in the center of Gouda.

    Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops in Amersfoort. Head south towards 'Zonnehof', then follow 'De Eem' river southward.
