Walking
If you are in the city center of Amersfoort, make your way to the Amersfoort train station. From the station, head southeast on Stationsweg towards the city center. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Langestraat. Turn left onto Langestraat and walk until you reach the main square, known as the 'Hof'. From the Hof, continue walking straight to the end of the square and take the right turn onto Krommestraat. Follow Krommestraat until you reach the next intersection, then turn left onto Kamperbinnenpoort. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will reach the bus station. From the bus station, take bus number 100 or 101 towards Amsterdam. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Zuid WTC' and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the Diamond Museum located at Paulus Potterstraat 8.
Public Transport
From the central Amersfoort train station, board a train towards Amsterdam Central. After about 30 minutes, disembark at Amsterdam Zuid station. From Amsterdam Zuid, you can walk to the Diamond Museum. Exit the station and head towards the main road, turning onto Beethovenstraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Paulus Potterstraat. Turn left onto Paulus Potterstraat, and the museum will be on your right at number 8. The total journey takes approximately 1 hour.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops near Amersfoort train station. Once you have your bike, head south on Stationsweg towards the city center. Join the bike lane and follow the signs towards Amsterdam. The route is approximately 40 km and will take you through beautiful countryside. Upon reaching Amsterdam, navigate to Paulus Potterstraat by following bike lane signs to the Museum District. The Diamond Museum is located at Paulus Potterstraat 8.
