    From the center of Amersfoort, head towards the Amersfoort train station located at Stationsplein 1. Once you arrive at the station, purchase a train ticket to Edam. Please note that you will need to take a train to either Amsterdam or Hoorn and then transfer to a bus to reach Edam, as there is no direct train to Edam. After purchasing your ticket, board the train heading towards Amsterdam Centraal. This journey will take approximately 20 minutes. Disembark at Amsterdam Centraal Station.
