Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Amersfoort, head towards the Amersfoort Central Station. Once you reach the station, exit and head northwest on Stationsplein. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the Langestraat. Turn left onto Langestraat and walk straight for approximately 1 kilometer, passing through the charming old town. You'll come across shops and cafes. Follow the signs towards 'Amersfoort City Centre.' After about 15 minutes of walking, you will exit the old town and find yourself on the Haarlemmerstraat, a notable street in Amsterdam.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from various rental shops near Amersfoort Central Station. Once you have your bike, head out of the station, turn left onto Stationsplein, and follow it to the Langestraat. Take a right onto Langestraat and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. The bike ride will take around 10 minutes, and you’ll enjoy the beautiful sights of Amersfoort. Follow the signs to Amsterdam, and you will eventually arrive at Haarlemmerstraat.

  To reach Haarlemmerstraat in Amsterdam from Amersfoort without a car, take a train from Amersfoort Central Station to Amsterdam Central Station. Trains run frequently, so check the NS website or app for departure times. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and head west towards the Damrak. From there, walk straight for about 15 minutes, following the signs towards Haarlemmerstraat. You'll pass by several attractions and shops on your way.
