From the Amersfoort central bus station, take bus line 23 towards Muiden. The bus journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Muiden, Herengracht' stop. From there, it's just a 5-minute walk to Muiderslot. Head south on Herengracht, and you will see the castle on your right.

Train and Bus
Take a train from Amersfoort Central Station to Weesp Station. The train ride takes about 20 minutes. Once at Weesp Station, transfer to bus line 120 towards Muiden. Get off at the 'Muiden, Herengracht' stop. Walk south on Herengracht for about 5 minutes to reach Muiderslot, which will be on your right.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Amersfoort. Head towards the N199 road and follow it towards Muiden. The ride is around 12 km and will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive in Muiden, look for signs directing you to Herengracht, and Muiderslot will be located at Herengracht 1.

For those who enjoy walking, you can take a scenic route from Amersfoort to Muiden. Start from Amersfoort city center, head southeast towards the Amersfoort Railway Station, then follow the path along the river for a beautiful walk. This route is about 12 km and will take about 2.5 to 3 hours. Eventually, you will reach Muiden and find Muiderslot at Herengracht 1.
