From the central train station (Amersfoort Centraal), exit the station and head towards the main road, Stationsplein. Turn left onto Stationsweg and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Langestraat. At the intersection, turn right onto Langestraat and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. Turn left onto Hanzestraat, and continue walking until you reach the main square, Hof. From Hof, follow the signs toward the city center, walking along the streets until you reach the area of the historical center. Continue walking until you see the signs for Museumhuis Bartolotti, located at Herengracht 170, 1016 BP, Amsterdam.

From Amersfoort Centraal, take a train to Amsterdam Centraal station. The train ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Centraal, exit the station and walk towards the main plaza in front of the station. From there, take tram line 1 or 2 from the tram stop located just outside the station, and get off at the stop 'Keizersgracht.'
