After exiting Amsterdam Central Station, look for Tram 26 (or Tram 5) that goes towards 'Amsterdam-NDSM Werf'. Board the tram and get off at the 'Amsterdam, Oosterdok' stop. The NEMO Science Museum is a short walk from there.
