From the center of Amersfoort, head towards the Amersfoort train station. Once you arrive at the station, take a train to Utrecht Central Station, which is approximately a 20-minute journey. Upon arrival at Utrecht Central Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the bus terminal. Take bus line 2 towards 'Utrecht, Vleuten' and get off at the 'Utrecht, Agnietenstraat' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the Nijntje Museum located at Agnietenstraat 2. Just follow Agnietenstraat straight until you reach the museum on your left.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the rental stations in Amersfoort. Head towards the city center and take the 'Utrechtseweg' road out of Amersfoort. Follow the bike path signs towards Utrecht. It’s about a 10 km ride and will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Utrecht, continue towards the center, and follow the signs to the Nijntje Museum at Agnietenstraat 2.
