Walking
From the Amersfoort train station, exit towards the main square (Lieve Vrouwentoren). Walk straight down the Langestraat until you reach the intersection with the Muurhuizen. Turn left onto Muurhuizen and continue walking until you reach the intersection with the Bisschopsweg. Turn right onto Bisschopsweg, and continue walking until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the first exit onto the N199 and continue for about 1 km. You will eventually see signs leading to Noorderpark. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at Floraparkweg 1, where the park is located.
Biking
Rent a bike from one of the rental shops near the Amersfoort train station. From the station, head towards the Lieve Vrouwentoren and continue down Langestraat. Turn left onto Muurhuizen and then right onto Bisschopsweg. Continue on Bisschopsweg until you reach the roundabout and take the first exit onto N199. Follow the road as it leads you toward Amsterdam. Look for the signs for Noorderpark, and follow them to Floraparkweg 1.
Public Transport
From the Amersfoort train station, take Bus Line 3 towards 'Amersfoort, Koppelstraat.' Get off at the 'Amersfoort, Koppelstraat' stop. From there, transfer to Bus Line 5 towards 'Amsterdam, Bijlmer Arena.' After a few stops, get off at 'Amsterdam, Noorderpark.' Walk approximately 10 minutes from the bus stop to reach Floraparkweg 1, where Noorderpark is located.
