This bus will take you directly to 'Wagenweg 2, Katwoude'. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the stop 'Katwoude, Wagenweg'. The Simonehoeve will be within a short walking distance.
Train & Bus
From Amersfoort Central Station, take the train to 'Hoorn' or 'Alkmaar'. After arriving at 'Hoofddorp' station, exit and walk to the bus stop 'Hoofddorp, Station'. Take bus line 112 towards 'Katwoude'. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 'Katwoude, Wagenweg' stop. The Simonehoeve will be nearby, just a short walk away.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike at one of the local rental shops near Amersfoort Central Station. Head south on the 'Stationsplein', then take the 'Utrechtseweg' route towards 'Bunschoten'. Follow the signs to 'Katwoude' which will lead you through scenic routes. The journey is approximately 12 km and will take about 40-50 minutes. Once you reach Katwoude, follow the signs to 'Wagenweg 2' where the Simonehoeve is located.
Walking
For those who enjoy walking, start at Amersfoort Central Station and head towards the city center via 'Stationsplein'. Walk through the 'Lieve Vrouwestraat', continuing straight until you reach 'Bordewijk'. From there, follow the signs to Katwoude. The total walking distance is approximately 10 km, which may take around 2-3 hours. Ensure you have a map or GPS as the route can be winding.
