    If you are located in Amersfoort city center, start at the central train station (Amersfoort Centraal). Exit the station and head southeast on Stadsring towards the city center. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Korte Randenbroekerweg. Turn left onto Korte Randenbroekerweg and continue until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with Maliebaan. Cross the road and you will see the Railway Museum on your right at Maliebaanstation 16.

Once you arrive at Utrecht Centraal, exit the station and follow the signs to the bus terminal. Take bus line 6 in the direction of 'Utrecht Maliebaan'. Get off at the stop 'Maliebaanstation', which is right in front of the Railway Museum. The museum is located at Maliebaanstation 16.
