From the center of Amersfoort, head towards the main train station (Amersfoort Centraal). Exit the station and walk to the bus stop in front of the station. You will find bus lines that go to Amsterdam. Take bus line 300 or 301 towards Amsterdam. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam, disembark at the Amsterdam Central Station. From there, head towards the exit of the station and walk to the left towards the water (IJ River).

From Amersfoort Centraal station, take a train to Amsterdam Central Station. Trains to Amsterdam depart frequently, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and follow the signs towards the IJ River. Continue walking towards the left side of the station, and you will find De Ruijterkade.
