From the center of Amersfoort, walk to the bus station at 'Station Amersfoort.' Take bus line 6 towards 'Oostzaan.' The bus will take you directly to the stop 'De Noorderlaaik.' Once you get off the bus, walk a short distance towards the entrance of Twiske, located at De Noorderlaaik 1.
