From Amsterdam Central Station, take a train towards 'Utrecht Centraal'. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at 'Loosdrecht' station. Once you arrive, exit the station and head south on 'Oude Loosdrechtsedijk' for about 1.2 kilometers. Continue straight until you reach 'Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk'. The Castle-Museum Sypesteyn will be on your left at number 150.

From Amsterdam, take tram line 2 to 'Zuid' station. Here, transfer to bus line 320 towards 'Utrecht' and get off at 'Loosdrecht, Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk'. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop. Head west on 'Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk' for about 300 meters; the Castle-Museum Sypesteyn will be on your right.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Amsterdam. Head to 'Oude Loosdrechtsedijk' via 'Zuid', which is approximately a 45-minute ride (about 14 km). Once you reach Loosdrecht, follow 'Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk' until you reach number 150. There are bike racks available at the museum.
