From Amsterdam Central Station, take a train towards Purmerend. You can catch trains that depart frequently, approximately every 15-30 minutes. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Get off at Edam-Volendam station. Once you arrive, exit the train station and walk towards the main road (N518) for about 15 minutes. Follow the signs for Edam, and you will find Damplein where the Edams Museum is located.

You can take Bus line 314 from Amsterdam Central Station towards Edam. Buses run regularly, and the ride takes about 45 minutes. Get off at the 'Damplein' stop, which is just a short walk from the Edams Museum. Once you get off the bus, the museum will be on your right at Damplein 8.
