Train
From Amsterdam Central Station, take a train to Haarlem. Trains to Haarlem run frequently, approximately every 15 minutes. The journey takes around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Haarlem Station, exit the station and head straight onto the Stationstraat. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Kruisweg. Turn left onto Kruisweg and walk for about 10 minutes until you see the sign for Het Dolhuys on your right at Schotersingel 2.

From Amsterdam City Center, you can take bus line 300 from the stop at Amsterdam Sloterdijk. Get off at the Haarlem Station stop, which takes about 30 minutes. From Haarlem Station, head straight onto the Stationstraat, continue onto the Kruisweg, and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach Het Dolhuys located at Schotersingel 2.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Amsterdam. Head out of the city towards Haarlemmerweg, which leads directly to Haarlem. The distance is about 20 km (12 miles) and should take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once in Haarlem, follow the signs to the city center, and then navigate to Schotersingel 2, where Het Dolhuys is located.

If you are already in Haarlem, and within walking distance, you can reach Het Dolhuys by walking from the city center. Start at the Grote Markt (the main square) and head northwest towards the Schotersingel. It’s about a 15-minute walk. Follow the road signs leading to Het Dolhuys, which is located at Schotersingel 2.
