From there, walk south towards 'Zuidermrkt' street and continue until you reach 'Zuidermrkt' square. Then, follow the signs to the nearest train station, which is 'Amsterdam Amstel'. Take a train from 'Amsterdam Amstel' to 'Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn'. Once you arrive at 'Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn', exit the station and walk towards 'Janskerkhof'. The Janskerk is located at Janskerkhof 26, just a short 10-minute walk from the station.
Train
To get to Janskerk from Amsterdam, head to Amsterdam Central Station. Purchase a ticket for Utrecht Central Station, which is a direct train ride. Trains run frequently, typically every 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Utrecht Central Station, exit the station and head towards the main exit. Follow the signs to 'Janskerkhof'. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the station. Walk straight down 'Vredenburg' street, continue onto 'Janskerkhof', and you will see the Janskerk at number 26.
Bus
From any central location in Amsterdam, find your way to Amsterdam Central Station. Take bus line 120 or 126 to 'Utrecht'. Get off at the 'Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn' bus stop. Upon exiting the bus, walk towards the 'Janskerkhof' area, which is about a 20-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs or use a map app to guide you to Janskerkhof 26.
Bike
If you are comfortable cycling, rent a bike from one of the many bike rental shops in Amsterdam. Head out of the city towards Utrecht on the designated bike paths. The journey takes around 40 minutes to an hour, depending on your pace. Upon arriving in Utrecht, follow the signs to the city center and head to Janskerkhof. The Janskerk will be on your right at number 26.
