Start at Amsterdam Central Station. Purchase a ticket to Muiden from the ticket machines or ticket counter. Board the train towards Weesp, which departs from platforms 1 to 14. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at Weesp Station. From Weesp, exit the station and walk to the bus stop located just outside. Take bus line 110 towards Muiden and get off at the 'Muiden, Zandpad' stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to Muiderslot located at Herengracht 1.

From Amsterdam, take bus line 120 from the bus stop at Amsterdam Amstel Station. Ensure to check the direction towards Muiden. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Muiden, Zandpad' stop. After disembarking, walk for about 10 minutes to reach Muiderslot at Herengracht 1.
