Train
From Amsterdam Central Station, take a train towards Haarlem. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Haarlem Station, exit the station and head towards the city center. Follow the signs for 'Centrum', which will lead you to the main streets. Walk straight along the Zijlweg street until you reach the Spaarne River. Continue walking along the river until you come to the bridge. Cross the bridge and turn left onto the Nieuwe Gracht. After a few minutes, you will see Wilsonplein on your right. The Municipal Theater Haarlem is located at Wilsonsplein 23.
Bus
From Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station, take bus line 80 towards Haarlem. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Haarlem, Station' stop. Upon exiting the bus, walk straight towards the station. Once at Haarlem Station, follow the signs to the city center ('Centrum'). Head straight along the Zijlweg until you reach the Spaarne River. Walk along the river until you reach the bridge, cross it, then turn left onto the Nieuwe Gracht. Continue for a few minutes, and you will find the Municipal Theater Haarlem at Wilsonsplein 23 on your right.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike rental shops in Amsterdam. From central Amsterdam, head towards the north-west direction to join the bike path leading to Haarlem. The ride takes about 30-40 minutes depending on your pace. Follow the signs for Haarlem, and once you reach the city, continue towards the center. Look for Wilsonplein; the Municipal Theater Haarlem will be at Wilsonsplein 23.
Walking
If you are already in Haarlem or nearby, you can walk to the Municipal Theater. From the city center, head towards the 'Zijlstraat' and continue straight until you reach the Spaarne River. Walk alongside the river until you find the bridge. Cross the bridge, turn left onto the Nieuwe Gracht, and walk for a few minutes. You will soon see Wilsonplein; the Municipal Theater Haarlem is located at number 23.
