From Amsterdam Central Station, take a train to Hoorn. Look for the Intercity or Sprinter trains heading towards Hoorn. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Hoorn Station, exit the station and head towards the main road.

After exiting Hoorn Station, turn left onto the Stationsweg. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Van Dedemstraat. Turn right onto Van Dedemstraat and walk for about 10 minutes. The Museum Hoorn-Medemblik will be on your left at Van Dedemstraat 8.

Bus
Alternatively, from Amsterdam Central Station, you can take a train to Hoorn, as previously mentioned. Once at Hoorn Station, you can catch a bus to the museum. Look for bus line 1 or 2 at the bus stop outside the station. The bus will take you closer to the museum, and you should get off at the stop nearest to Van Dedemstraat. From there, it’s a short walk to the museum.
