Look for bus line 43 or 45 which will take you directly to Naturalis Biodiversity Center. Get off at the 'Naturalis' bus stop. The center will be a short walk from there, following the signs.

    If you are already in a nearby area like Amsterdam Zuid, take bus line 197 towards Schiphol Airport. Get off at the 'Zuid' stop and transfer to a train heading to Leiden.
