Getting There

• Train

  To get to Philharmonie Haarlem from Amsterdam, start by heading to Amsterdam Central Station (Amsterdam CS). Purchase a train ticket to Haarlem at the ticket machines or the service desk. Trains to Haarlem run frequently, approximately every 15-20 minutes. Once on the train, enjoy the scenic ride which takes about 15-20 minutes. When you arrive at Haarlem station, exit the platform and follow the signs to the main exit. From the station, walk straight down the Stationsplein, then turn left onto the Kruisweg. Continue walking straight until you reach the first major intersection, then turn right onto the Lange Begijnestraat. Philharmonie Haarlem will be on your left at number 11.

• Bus

  If you prefer to take the bus, make your way to the nearest bus stop from your location in Amsterdam. Look for buses that head towards Haarlem; you may need to change buses at a major hub like Haarlem Station. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Haarlem, exit the bus and walk towards the nearest tram stop or follow the walking directions to Lange Begijnestraat. Head towards the city center by walking straight, and turn right onto Lange Begijnestraat. Philharmonie Haarlem will be located at number 11.

• Bicycle

  If you're feeling adventurous and want to explore the area, consider renting a bicycle in Amsterdam. From the city center, head west towards the Haarlemmerweg (N200), which leads directly to Haarlem. The ride is approximately 20-30 minutes depending on your speed. Upon entering Haarlem, navigate towards the city center, then follow signs to Lange Begijnestraat. Once on Lange Begijnestraat, look for number 11 where Philharmonie Haarlem is located. Remember to lock your bike at a designated bike parking area when you arrive.

• Walking

  If you're already in Haarlem and wish to walk to Philharmonie Haarlem, find your way to the city center. Start from the Grote Markt (Main Square) and head southeast towards the Lange Begijnestraat.
