Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and head towards the front entrance. Once outside, turn left onto the Prins Hendrikkade and walk straight. Cross the bridge over the water and follow the road, which will become the Damrak. Continue walking straight until you reach Dam Square. From Dam Square, the Royal Palace Amsterdam is located directly on the west side of the square at Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 147.

  • Tram

    If you're near Museumplein, take tram line 2 or 12 from the Museumplein stop. Ride the tram towards Amsterdam Central Station. Get off at the Dam stop, which is just a short walk from the Royal Palace. After disembarking, walk towards Dam Square, and the Royal Palace will be on your right at Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 147.

  • Metro

    If you are near the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, take Metro line 52 from the station RAI towards Noord. Get off at the station Centraal Station.
