From Hoorn station, turn right onto Stationsweg and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Gedempte Turfmarkt. Turn left onto Gedempte Turfmarkt and continue walking. Follow this road until you reach the Hoofdstraat. Turn right onto Hoofdstraat and continue until you reach Hoofd 17-3, where the Hoofdtoren is located.

From Amsterdam Central Station, you can also take bus line 317 towards Hoorn. After about 40-50 minutes, get off at the 'Hoorn, Station' stop. From there, follow the same walking directions as mentioned previously: head towards Stationsweg, turn left onto Gedempte Turfmarkt, then right onto Hoofdstraat until you reach Hoofd 17-3.
