If you're already in Oud-West, you can easily walk to Westertoren. Start by heading towards the Prinsengracht canal. Depending on your starting point, make your way to the nearest intersection with Prinsengracht. Once you reach the canal, walk along Prinsengracht in the direction of the city center. After a pleasant walk of about 15-20 minutes, you will arrive at Westertoren located at Prinsengracht 279a, 1016 GW Amsterdam. Look for the tall tower; it's hard to miss!

Public Transport - Tram

You can take tram line 1, 2, or 5 from various stops in Oud-West. Board the tram at the nearest stop, such as 'Haarlemmerweg' or 'Zoutkeetsgracht'. Make sure to validate your ticket before boarding. Travel towards the city center and disembark at the 'Westermarkt' stop. From there, it's just a short 5-minute walk to Westertoren. Head down the 'Prinsengracht' street until you reach number 279a. A single ticket for the tram costs approximately €3.20.

Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike rental shops in Oud-West. Once you have your bike, head towards the Prinsengracht canal. Follow the canal path heading towards the city center. The ride should take around 10 minutes.
