Bus
From Arnhem Central Station, take bus line 1 towards 'Nijmegen' and disembark at 'Nijmegen, St. Canisius' stop. From there, walk south on St. Canisiusweg, then turn right onto Groesbeekseweg. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ridderstraat. Turn left on Ridderstraat, and the 'Wapenschild van Nijmegen' statue will be on your right at Ridderstraat 23.
Train
Start at Arnhem Central Station and take a train towards 'Nijmegen' (the journey takes about 10 minutes). Once you arrive at Nijmegen station, exit the station and head towards the main exit. From there, you can catch bus line 1 as described above, or you can walk. If walking, head southwest on Stationsplein, then continue onto Maldenstraat. Turn left onto Daalseweg and follow it until you reach the intersection with Ridderstraat. Turn right on Ridderstraat, and you will find the statue at number 23.

If you are in central Arnhem, start from the Arnhem Central Station. Head southwest on the main road, taking the footpath towards the river. Cross the bridge over the river, and continue straight until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the N325 road, which leads towards Nijmegen. On reaching the Nijmegen area, follow the signs for 'Nijmegen City Centre.' Once you are in the city centre, locate Ridderstraat and head towards number 23, where the 'Wapenschild van Nijmegen' statue is located.
