Getting There

Walking

Start your journey at the central train station in Arnhem, known as Arnhem Centraal. Exit the station and head south towards the city center. Continue straight on the Rijnstraat until you reach the large square called the Markt. From there, you will see signs pointing towards the bus station. Head towards the bus station and look for bus line 13 or 14, which will take you to Nijmegen. The journey will take approximately 25 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus stop in Nijmegen, walk towards the river Waal and head west along the riverbank. After about a 10-minute walk, you will arrive at Valkhofpark, where the Valkhof Festival is held. Look for the large green park area; the festival area will be clearly marked.

Begin at Arnhem Centraal station. Purchase a ticket for a train to Nijmegen, which takes approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Nijmegen station, exit and follow the signs for the bus terminal.
