Bus

From Arnhem Central Station, take bus line 350 towards 'Doorwerth'. The bus departs regularly, typically every 30 minutes. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'Doorwerth, Kasteel' stop. Once you disembark, walk approximately 500 meters down the road, following the signs to Castle Doorwerth, until you arrive at the castle entrance.

Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops near Arnhem Central Station. Head southwest on the 'Arnhemseweg' and continue onto 'Oude Arnhemseweg'. Follow the cycle path signs towards 'Doorwerth'. The journey is approximately 8 kilometers and will take around 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace. Once you reach Doorwerth, follow the signs to Castle Doorwerth.

Walking

For a scenic walk, head to the 'Sonsbeek Park' from Arnhem Central Station. Walk through the park towards the 'Sonsbeekweg' and continue in the direction of 'Doorwerth'. The walk is about 8 kilometers and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Follow the paths through the park, then use local trails to reach Castle Doorwerth, enjoying the beautiful countryside along the way.
