Getting There

  • Bus

    From Arnhem Central Station, take bus number 3 towards 'Presikhaaf'. The bus stop is right outside the station. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Openluchtmuseum' bus stop. The museum will be just a short walk from the bus stop, following the path towards Hoeferlaan.

  • Tram

    From Arnhem Central Station, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is located just outside the station. Take tram line 1 towards 'Valkenhuizen'. After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Nederlands Openluchtmuseum' stop. The museum is directly adjacent to the tram stop, and you will see the entrance as you exit.

  • Walking

    If you prefer walking, from Arnhem Central Station, head south on 'Stationsplein' towards 'Korenmarkt'. Continue straight until you reach the 'Korenbrug' bridge. Cross the bridge and turn left onto 'Korenstraat'. Follow this street until you reach the 'Kloosterweg', then turn right. Continue straight until you see the signs for the Netherlands Open Air Museum which will be on your left at Hoeferlaan 4.

Start at Arnhem Central Station and head towards 'Korenmarkt', then follow the bike paths towards 'Kloosterweg'. The route is well-marked, and it will take about 20 minutes to reach the museum.
