Walking
From Arnhem Central Station, head south toward Stationsplein. Continue straight onto Jansbinnensingel. Follow the road as it curves left to become Velperbinnensingel. After about 1 km, you will reach the intersection with the Hanzelaan. Turn right onto Hanzelaan and continue straight until you reach the bridge over the river Rhine. Cross the bridge and follow the signs to Nijmegen. Once in Nijmegen, continue straight onto Waalkade, the riverside promenade. From there, turn left onto the main square, and you'll find Plein 1944 located in front of the city hall.

From Arnhem Central Station, take bus line 1 towards Nijmegen. The bus stop is located directly outside the station. Travel for approximately 30 minutes and get off at the 'Nijmegen, Plein 1944' stop. Once you exit the bus, you will be at Plein 1944, which is a vibrant square surrounded by shops and cafes.

From Arnhem Central Station, take a train to Nijmegen. Trains to Nijmegen run frequently, and the journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Nijmegen Station, exit the station and walk straight towards the city center. Follow the signs to Plein 1944, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the station. Head down Stationsstraat, continue straight until you reach the main square, and you'll find Plein 1944.
