From Arnhem Central Station, head south toward Stationsplein. Continue straight onto Jansbinnensingel. Follow the road as it curves left to become Velperbinnensingel. After about 1 km, you will reach the intersection with the Hanzelaan. Turn right onto Hanzelaan and continue straight until you reach the bridge over the river Rhine. Cross the bridge and follow the signs to Nijmegen. Once in Nijmegen, continue straight onto Waalkade, the riverside promenade. From there, turn left onto the main square, and you'll find Plein 1944 located in front of the city hall.
