From Haarlem city center, head towards the Haarlem train station (Haarlem Centraal). Exit the station and take the train to The Hague (Den Haag). The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Den Haag Centraal, exit the station and head towards the tram stop located just outside the station. Take tram line 17 towards 'Scheveningen Noorderstrand.' Stay on the tram for about 10 minutes, and then get off at the 'Carnegieplein' stop. The Peace Palace will be a short walk from the tram stop, located at Carnegieplein 2.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike in Haarlem and head towards The Hague. Follow the bike paths along the route, taking the scenic route through the beautiful Dutch countryside.
