If you are driving, start by heading southeast on your current road towards the N59 highway. Merge onto N59 in the direction of Zierikzee. Continue on N59 for about 15 kilometers, then take the exit towards Zierikzee. Follow the signs to the city center. Once you are in Zierikzee, follow Sint Domusstraat which will lead you directly to Sint Jacobshofje located at Sint Domusstraat 51-53.

To reach Sint Jacobshofje using public transport, find the nearest bus station and take bus line 133 or 134 towards Zierikzee. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Zierikzee bus station, exit the bus and walk southeast on Havenweg for about 400 meters until you reach Sint Domusstraat. Turn left onto Sint Domusstraat, and you will find Sint Jacobshofje at 51-53.
