Turn left onto Voldersgracht and continue walking until you reach the train station (Delft Station). From there, take the train towards Dordrecht. Once you arrive at Dordrecht train station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop. Take bus line 5 or 7 towards 'Stadhuisplein'. Get off at the 'Stadhuisplein' stop, and you will find the City Hall at Stadhuisplein 1, just a short walk from the bus stop.
