    Getting There

    Walking

    Start at the Delft train station. Exit the station and walk straight on the Stationsweg. Continue straight until you reach the Markt square, which is about a 15-minute walk. Once at the Markt, look for the large blue and white town hall on your left. From the Markt, take the route towards the Oude Kerk, which is located at the end of the square. After visiting the Oude Kerk, head south down the Oude Delft canal. Follow the canal until you reach the junction with the Koornbeurs. Turn left onto the Koornbeurs and walk until you see the Bakenes area, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. The Hofje van Bakenes is located at Wijde Appelaarsteeg 11F, just off the Koornbeurs.

    Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops near the Delft train station. Exit the station and head southwest on the Stationsweg. Continue straight until you reach the Markt square in about 10 minutes. From the Markt, bike towards the Oude Kerk and then down the Oude Delft canal. Follow the canal until you reach the Koornbeurs, then turn left onto the Koornbeurs. The Hofje van Bakenes is located at Wijde Appelaarsteeg 11F, just off the Koornbeurs. The entire trip should take around 15-20 minutes.

    Bus

    From the Delft train station, board bus number 40 or 41, which heads towards Haarlem. The bus stop is located just outside the station. Get off at the stop named 'Haarlem, Koornbeurs'. From there, walk towards the Koornbeurs area and follow the signs to Wijde Appelaarsteeg. The Hofje van Bakenes is located at Wijde Appelaarsteeg 11F, approximately a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
