Walking
If you are in the center of Delft, start at the Markt square. From the Markt, head north on the Beestenmarkt street until you reach the intersection with the Voldersgracht canal. Turn left and walk along the canal until you reach the Koningin Julianalaan. Cross the canal and continue straight onto the Molslaan. Follow Molslaan until you reach the intersection with the Oude Delft street. Turn right onto Oude Delft and continue walking until you see the train station on your right. Continue straight until you reach the main street, and then take bus line 40 towards Leiden. Get off at the Leiden Centraal Station. From there, take the train towards Amsterdam and get off at Leiden station. Once you exit the station, head east towards the Kloksteeg. The Jan Pesijnshof is located at Kloksteeg 21, just a short walk straight ahead.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops in Delft. Start by heading south on the Oude Langendijk street, then turn left onto the Koornmarkt. Continue cycling until you reach the Voldersgracht canal. Cross the canal and follow the path that leads to the main road, the N470. Turn right onto the N470 and follow the signs towards Leiden.
