Public Transport
From Delft, head to the nearest train station, Delft Station. You can walk there from the city center in about 10-15 minutes. Once at Delft Station, take a train towards Haarlem, which usually departs every half hour. The journey to Lisse will take approximately 30 minutes. After arriving at Lisse Station, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop located right outside. Take bus line 50 towards Sassenheim and get off at the 'Grachtweg' stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to Museum Black Tulip, located at Grachtweg 2a.
Bicycle
If you're comfortable cycling, you can rent a bike in Delft. Head east on the Voldersgracht and continue onto the Oude Delft road. Follow the signs towards Lisse, which is approximately a 10 km ride. The route is fairly direct and will take you through scenic Dutch countryside. Upon reaching Lisse, follow the signs for the town center, and you will find Museum Black Tulip at Grachtweg 2a.
Walking
Walking to Museum Black Tulip from the center of Delft is quite a long trek, approximately 10 km. Start at the Markt square in Delft and head northeast towards the Voldersgracht, then continue to follow signs leading out of the city toward Lisse. This route will take you through the picturesque landscape of the Netherlands. Please allow about 2 hours for this journey, and be sure to wear comfortable shoes!
