If you are starting from the Delft train station, exit the station and head south on Stationsplein. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Westvest. Turn left onto Westvest and walk until you reach the next intersection. Turn right onto Molslaan, and continue walking until you reach the Markt square. From there, head towards the southwest corner of the square, and walk down the narrow street called Sint Agathaplein, where you will find Sint Agathaplein at 2611 HS Delft.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Delft train station. Exit the station and ride south on Stationsplein, then turn left onto Westvest. Continue on Westvest until you reach the intersection with Molslaan. Turn right onto Molslaan and follow the street until you reach the Markt square. Once you arrive at the square, cycle towards the southwest corner where you will find the narrow street Sint Agathaplein leading to your destination at 2611 HS Delft.

From the Delft train station, you can take a bus to reach Sint Agathaplein. Look for buses heading towards the city center. Take bus line 1 or 40 and get off at the 'Markt' stop.
