From the city center of Delft, head towards the Delft Train Station (Delft Centraal). Once you arrive at the station, take a train towards Rotterdam. The train journey is approximately 15 minutes. After arriving at Rotterdam Centraal Station, exit the station and follow the signs for the metro. Take the Metro Line D (direction of 'De Akkers') and get off at the stop 'Stadhuis'. When you exit the metro station, head towards Willemsplein, which is just a short walk away. The total travel time from Delft to Willemsplein will be around 30-40 minutes, depending on train and metro connections.
Bicycle
If you are comfortable biking, you can rent a bike in Delft. Head towards the Delft Train Station (Delft Centraal) and follow the signs to the bike rental area. Once you have your bike, take the bike path heading towards Rotterdam. The ride is approximately 15 km and should take around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your cycling speed. From Delft, you can take Bus Line 121 from the Delft Bus Station (located near the train station). Ride the bus towards Rotterdam for about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Rotterdam, Tussendijken'. From there, transfer to Metro Line E (direction of 'Slinge') and get off at 'Stadhuis'. Once you exit the metro, Willemsplein is a short walk away, just a few blocks to the east. The total journey time will be around 40-50 minutes.
