Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start by setting your GPS to Houtvester Jansenweg 3, 9462 TB Gasselte. From the center of Assen, take the N34 highway towards Gasselte. Continue on N34 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the exit for Gasselte. Follow the signs to Gasselte and then to Houtvester Jansenweg. DX Adventurepark will be on your right. Parking is available on-site, and there is no external parking fee.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, begin your journey at the nearest train station, Assen. Take a train to the station in Gasselte (note that you may need to transfer at a nearby station, such as Emmen or Beilen, depending on the schedule). Once you arrive at Gasselte station, exit the station and catch bus line 14 towards 'Gasselternijveen.' Get off at the 'Houtvester Jansenweg' stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to DX Adventurepark. Be sure to check the latest schedules on the NS (Dutch Railways) and local bus services, as fare costs and travel times may vary.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, Drenthe is known for its cycling paths. You can rent a bike in Assen or Gasselte. From Assen, follow the designated cycling routes towards Gasselte, which will take approximately 1 hour. The scenic route will take you through beautiful natural landscapes. Once you arrive in Gasselte, head towards Houtvester Jansenweg, and you will find DX Adventurepark. Ensure you have a bike lock, as you will need to secure your bike at the park.
