If you are driving to Hoge der A in Groningen from anywhere in Drenthe, start by getting onto the N34 highway. Follow the N34 until you reach the junction with the A28. Take the A28 towards Groningen. Continue on the A28 for about 30 kilometers. As you approach Groningen, follow the signs for the city center. Take the exit towards Centrum and merge onto the Ringweg Zuid. Follow the Ringweg Zuid until you see signs for Binnenstad. Once in the city center, look for parking options nearby, as parking can be limited. After parking, walk towards the river and you will find Hoge der A along the waterfront.

To reach Hoge der A using public transportation, find your nearest train station in Drenthe (such as Assen or Emmen). Take a train towards Groningen Central Station. The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at Groningen Central Station, disembark and head to the bus station located right outside the train station. From there, take bus line 5 or 15 towards the city center.
