If you are travelling by car, set your GPS to 'Steenhopenweg 4, Borger-Odoorn'. From the A37 highway, take exit 7-Borger and follow the signs for Borger-Odoorn. Continue on the N34 until you reach Steenhopenweg. The Lorken Speelbos will be on your right side after a short drive down Steenhopenweg. Parking is available nearby.

To reach Lorken Speelbos using public transportation, take a train to the nearest station, which is 'Borger-Odoorn'. From there, you will need to take bus line 21 towards 'Emmen'. Get off at the stop 'Steenhopenweg'. From the bus stop, it is a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) to the Lorken Speelbos. Follow Steenhopenweg until you see the entrance to the play forest.

If you find yourself in Borger-Odoorn without a vehicle, you can walk to Lorken Speelbos. From the center of Borger-Odoorn, head west on the main road until you reach Steenhopenweg. Turn right, and after about 1.5 kilometers, you will arrive at Lorken Speelbos. The walk may take approximately 20-30 minutes.
