A brief summary to Meinweg National Park

Getting There

  • Car

    From the Dutch Coast, head southeast towards the A58 highway. Follow signs for the A58 and merge onto it. Continue on the A58 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the interchange with the A73. Take the exit for the A73 towards Venlo. After about 20 kilometers, take the exit 8 towards Herkenbosch. Follow the signs for Meinweg National Park, which will take you onto Meinweg 2. The park entrance is located at Meinweg 2, 6075 NA Herkenbosch. Please note that parking fees may apply.

  • Public Transportation

    From any location in the Dutch Coast, take a train to Roermond. You can check the NS (Dutch Railways) website for the latest train schedules. Once in Roermond, transfer to bus line 66 towards Herkenbosch. This bus will take you directly to the Meinweg National Park area. The bus stop is close to the park entrance. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time as they may not run frequently. A train ticket from the Dutch Coast to Roermond will cost approximately €10-€20 depending on your starting point, and the bus fare is around €3.
