If you are driving from the center of Egmond aan Zee, head southeast on Zeeweg toward Egmondseweg/N512. Continue to follow N512 for about 5 kilometers. After this, merge onto N206 toward Noordwijk. Follow the signs for Noordwijk, and you will arrive in approximately 20 minutes. Once in Noordwijk, look for parking options near the beach or in the town center.

To reach Noordwijk using public transportation from Egmond aan Zee, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Egmond aan Zee, Zeeweg'. Take bus line 404 toward Haarlem. After about 30 minutes, get off at 'Noordwijk, Zwarteweg' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to the beach area of Noordwijk. Just head south towards the coast, and you will see the beach and local attractions.
